An exploration of material and proportion, the shades are cast in custom molds and carefully cooled, sculpted on a lathe and then polished by hand. Primitive matter is transformed into a light-transmitting physical object, giving the still life a sense of presence.

Return and Refund Policy
Olivia Lamps offers a 30 days return policy, which means you will be able to return the package within 30 days after you receive the package, if it is unused and in original condition.
Notes: if packages are with wooden case outside, please don't destroy or throw away the wooden case.
Do i need to pay for the return?
If the packages is with defects or damaged, or a faulty products, there is no return cost, you will receive a full return.
If the return is just because of change of mind, size/designs/finishes not suitable, or other personal reasons, customers will need to pay for the return freight cost.
To return a products, please following the steps below:
1. Submit the return request to info@olivialamps.com with the order number and description for the issues.
2. Our customer service team will respond your request and send return instruction and return address with 2 business day.
3. Make sure the item is unused and in original condition, and all the accessories are inside the package, and then ship them to the address provided.
4. Providing us the tracking number for the returned package.
5. Our warehouse will inspect the package to evaluate the condition for the item, after it is approved, we will initiate the refund.
Refund Policy

Questions About Orders
When you complete your order, we will send you an order confirmation email or order SMS confirmation message to your cell phone. If I Receive A Broken Product, What Should I Do?
