Return and Refund Policy
Olivia Lamps offers a 30 days return policy, which means you will be able to return the package within 30 days after you receive the package, if it is unused and in original condition.
Notes: if packages are with wooden case outside, please don't destroy or throw away the wooden case.

Refunds within 24 hours: You can receive a full refund at no cost if you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

Refunds after 24 hours: If you request a refund after 24 hours, a handling fee and transaction fees will apply.

Order Confirmation: We will confirm the shipping details with you before dispatching the product.

Post-shipment Refunds: If the product has already been shipped, you must wait until you receive the product to initiate the return and refund process.
Do i need to pay for the return?
If the packages is with defects or damaged, or a faulty products, there is no return cost, you will receive a full return.
If the return is just because of change of mind, size/designs/finishes not suitable, or other personal reasons, customers will need to pay for return shipping cost and shipping cost the first time we sent to customers .
To return a products, please following the steps below:
1. Submit the return request to info@olivialamps.com with the order number and description for the issues.
2. Our customer service team will respond your request and send return instruction and return address with 2 business day.
3. Make sure the item is unused and in original condition, and all the accessories are inside the package, and then ship them to the address provided.
4. Providing us the tracking number for the returned package.
5. Our warehouse will inspect the package to evaluate the condition for the item, after it is approved, we will initiate the refund.
Cancellation Policy
For the products, you can cancel your order for free within 24 hours after placing it. If you cancel after 24 hours, a 20% cancellation fee and material costs will apply. If the product is already in production, or If the order is ready for shipment and you wish to cancel,you will need to pay for all material costs; please contact the customer service for specific amounts.
If you force a cancellation after shipping, a 50% fee will be charged. You can initiate the return process after receiving the fixtures.
Additionally, please note that all large fixtures in the store are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Refund Policy
How long it takes for me to receive the refund?
Usually, it takes around 7~10 business day for the refund to hit the card from which the payment is made.
Damages
If there is any damages for the item, please send us pictures with the order number at info@olivialamps.com we will arrange free replacement to be sent by express, and update the tracking number.
